Genesis Block — 40 MW Energy Site & Data Center
A fully-permitted 40 MW off-grid energy site with a data center for AI / HPC compute and industrial mining — for sale or strategic partnership.
About the project
Project overview
The asset delivers 40 MW of guaranteed capacity, scalable to 100 MW, on a 2.9 ha plot with confirmed expansion potential. It is designed for a Tier III/IV data center serving HPC, AI clusters or industrial compute, built on 100% in-house autonomous gas generation.
A dual-tariff gas regime introduced in July 2026 splits energy cost between AI/HPC and mining loads — 4.04¢/kWh and 5.82¢/kWh respectively — materially improving AI-cluster economics. The site forms part of a wider 1+ GW portfolio offered under a portfolio-optimization program.

Why this project
Key investment highlights
Fully permitted
Energy site and data center with permits in place — no greenfield development risk.
Autonomous generation
100% in-house gas generation, independent of grid constraints.
Dual-tariff advantage
Separate AI/HPC and mining tariffs sharply improve compute economics.
Port proximity
Aktau location with sea-port access and strong international connectivity.
