The Karatau site lies in Kazakhstan's southern high-irradiation belt, with average annual global horizontal irradiation of 1,600–1,750 kWh/m². The project is developed to a ready-to-build stage: land secured, grid connection approved and a specific yield of 1,489 kWh/kWp confirmed by the technical study.

Kazakhstan targets a 50% renewable share by 2050 and supports projects with long-term, CPI-indexed tariffs — giving investors a predictable 15-year revenue profile in a market on the Sunbelt and on the Silk Road corridor.
