Fitness and sports areas cover gyms, kinesiotherapy, group and martial-arts halls and golf simulators, complemented by a restaurant, bars, a summer terrace and lounge zones with mountain views. The project is at architectural design stage (June 2026), prepared by the KDI architecture team.
